Raymond Chetti is the Founder and CEO of XAI Land, a Korea-based real estate data and automated valuation company focused on financial risk management, institutional transparency, and public policy research.

His professional background spans real estate development consulting, GIS-based spatial analytics, retail market forecasting, and quantitative property analysis across Asia. Prior to founding XAI Land, he worked in real estate strategy and advisory roles involving large-scale commercial projects, investment feasibility analysis, and data-driven site selection.
