Felipe Ramirez serves as Chief Data Officer of XAI Land and leads the architecture, engineering, and deployment of the company’s automated valuation systems.

He brings over a decade of experience across data science, software engineering, fintech systems, and machine learning applications. Prior to joining XAI Land, Felipe worked on transaction infrastructure and mobile financial systems, contributing to fintech platforms that achieved significant user adoption and venture backing, including participation from Y-Combinator.

His expertise includes:

• End-to-end data architecture design
• Machine learning and deep learning systems
• Backend and cloud infrastructure engineering
• Secure transaction systems and data protection frameworks
• Production-scale model deployment

Felipe’s background in physics and mechanical engineering supports a systems-level approach to modeling, ensuring that XAI Land’s AVM infrastructure is not only statistically rigorous but also technically robust, auditable, and scalable.
